Optimised pin-board speaker holder
I went through a phase of quite heavily using an Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Gen) but found I couldn’t put it anywhere without it getting in the way. At the time, I had recently purchased an IKEA Skadis pin-board, so took the opportunity to design a mount specifically for mounting the Echo Dot to the pin-board.
I knew I shouldn‘t be the only one who benefits from mounting their Echo Dot on their Skadis pin-board.
The intention was to sell these mounts. I knew I must create the most ideal mount for the Echo Dot, that can be printed easily, posted as low-cost as possible, and provide solid mounting of the speaker. The holder has been sold to eBay customers across the country!
It costs less than a portion of chips to get a holder through someone‘s letterbox within a few days!
